2012-till present time, General Director of IBS.

2019-till present time, Independent Director of the Supervisory Board of Non-banking credit organization "National Settlement Depository" (Open Joint-Stock Company).

2010-2011, President of 3M’s international business Electronic Monitoring, Chief Operations Officer at 3M Attenti (Israel).

2008-2010, General Director at 3M Russia.

2004-2008, Director of 3M’s representative office in Ukraine, then General Director of 3M Ukraine.

2001-2004, Director of Six Sigma Projects in Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East at 3M.

1999-2001, Finance Director at 3M Russia.

1993-1999, after joining 3M Russia she consecutively held the posts of Coordinator, Head of Sales and Marketing of Office Supplies, Head of Logistics, Head of Corporate Marketing.


Diploma in Company Direction, Institute of Directors (UK).

MBA from the Open University Business School, UK.

Graduated with distinction from Moscow State Linguistic University.

Awards and achievements

During 2014-2019 she was included in the list of best top managers in IT as part of the annual "Top 1000 Russian Managers" list compiled by the Russian Managers Association and the Kommersant newspaper.

In 2012, 2013 and 2014 she was named among the "Top 50 most influential women in Russian business" by Company magazine.

In 2013 she was nominated “Master of Business” in the Businesswomen 2013 competition, first held in Russia as part of the international initiative by Ernst & Young to support and strengthen the position of women in business.

Winner of International Recognition prize at The International Alliance for Women’s "World of Difference 100 Awards" in 2013. The International Alliance for Women (IAW) unites over 35 000 businesswomen and organisations from 6 continents and is one of the largest international umbrella organisations for women in business.

In 2009 she was on the Board of Directors for the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia.

In 2009 she was on the list of 500 managers included in the Reserve of Management Personnel under the patronage of the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2007 was named one of the "Best Senior Managers in Ukraine" by Kompanyon magazine.
